A standard mobile OBD diagnostic starts from £45 and that covers us coming to you, plugging in, reading live data and explaining the fault. If you book the repair with us, the diagnostic fee is knocked off the job. Deep ECU / intermittent faults are priced before any work starts — never a surprise bill.

Yes — genuinely 24/7. Saturday morning, Sunday night, 3am Tuesday — we answer the phone. Out-of-hours call-outs do carry a small premium, but it's still often cheaper than recovery + a day off work waiting for a tow. If we can't come out right this minute we'll tell you straight and book the nearest slot.
